Do you provide installation, or is that a separate service?
We do not offer installation services. We are strictly a cabinet distributor.
Are RTA Cabinets DIY friendly?
Yes, our Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets are specifically engineered for straightforward DIY installation. Each cabinet includes detailed, step-by-step assembly instructions, supported by instructional YouTube videos clearly demonstrating every step. For optimal assembly results, you’ll need a hammer, a pneumatic nail gun, a cordless drill or screwdriver, wood glue, and a rubber mallet. Our cabinets feature robust construction designed to securely support heavy countertops such as granite, quartz, or concrete.
Can your RTA cabinets handle granite or concrete countertops?
Are the cabinet interiors finished to match the exterior?
Do I need end panels for a finished look?
Most of our cabinet collections feature finished side panels and do not require additional end panels for a polished look. However, certain cabinet lines use a “universal box” with unfinished sides, making end panels necessary to achieve a fully finished appearance. Each product page clearly indicates whether additional end panels are needed, and we include images showing both finished and unfinished sides. Typically, the first image on the product page displays the cabinet fully finished.
Do you recommend professional assembly?
Is glue recommended for assembly?
Glue is optional for most of our cabinet lines. A few specialty styles do require it, and if so, it’ll be clearly mentioned in the assembly instructions or YouTube walkthrough. Even when not required, some customers choose to use wood glue for added strength—it’s totally up to you.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all cabinets, hinges, and drawer glides, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty is non-transferable and excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. For full terms, visit our Warranty Page.
What's the process for a damaged shipment?
If your order arrives with damaged items, you have 30 days from the delivery date to report any freight damage. Please accept the delivery, even if the boxes appear damaged, and submit a claim through our Replacement Parts Assistance page. Include your order number, the damaged SKUs, a brief description, and photos. A support specialist will review your request and follow up if anything else is needed before we process your replacements. Don’t stress — we’ve got your back and we’re on the same team to get you a perfect-looking kitchen as quickly as possible.
How quickly must I report damage?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any freight damage. It’s important to inspect all items as soon as possible after receiving them. If you notice any damage—whether visible on the packaging or discovered during unpacking—submit a claim through our Replacement Parts Assistance page so we can quickly get your replacements on the way.
I didn't receive all ordered items. What's next?
If you didn’t receive all the items in your order, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. First, double-check all boxes, especially the long ones, as fillers, moldings, toe kicks, and touch-up kits are often packed together in a single long package. What's covered by the warranty?
What size are pantry cabinets?
Pantry cabinet sizes vary by collection, but most are available in standard widths of 18″, 24″, and 30″, with heights typically ranging from 84″ to 96″. Depth is usually 24″ to match base cabinets. Exact sizes and availability depend on the cabinet style—check the product page or spec sheet for detailed dimensions specific to each line.
Can you explain hinge handing selection?
For single-door cabinets, the doors are fully interchangeable—you can choose to install the hinges on either the left or right side during assembly. For double-door cabinets, both doors open from the center out, so handing is not required.
Are countertops available?
Are these cabinets made of particleboard?
No, never. We do not use particleboard in any of our cabinet lines. All of our cabinets are built with high-quality materials such as plywood boxes and solid wood doors and frames, ensuring long-term durability, strength, and resistance to warping or moisture damage.
Can your cabinets support heavy stone countertops?
Yes, all of our cabinet lines are built to support heavy stone countertops, including granite, quartz, and concrete. The construction features solid wood frames and plywood boxes that provide the strength and stability needed for heavy surface materials.
Are the cabinet interiors finished to match the exterior?
No, we do not offer individual doors separately. Our system is set up for complete cabinet orders only—individual door sales aren’t offered at this time.

Can customers order just one cabinet?
No, In line with our commitment to providing the lowest possible prices to contractors, builders, and homeowners, we require a minimum order of $2,000 for the first purchase. This ensures we can continue offering our products at wholesale rates. Our clients typically already have their kitchen layout and cabinet sizes finalized, allowing them to order in bulk and benefit from our discounted pricing.

Will be placing another order soon!
Be sure to double check all your cabinets sizes, if you mess up it will cost you at least $400 in shipping for replacements. First set we ordered were a true 1/2” plywood box, second set was 1/2” and 1/4” plywood with less engineering.
All in all they are good cabinets and a good company that wants to service their customers.
Update: I got a call from BWC and after a review they said they’ll send me a warranty claim replacement, thank you!
The customer service at BWC is amazing as well!
Note: you will need a brad Nailer to put these together. If you are not comfortable with wood glue and a brad Nailer... you might want to look elsewhere.

My first call was with Steve - he picked up on a Friday night after hours! Following week, Steve got on the phone with my contractor so I could be sure I was ordering correct sizes. I also spoke with Arman, the owner and then a front office person. Old fashioned level of service. Hard to find anymore.
I purchased 3 pieces and trim to fit the space. Cabinets arrived in perfect condition and my contractor assembled all 3 in about an hour. The price was unbeatable and the quality is superior to anything found in all of the home improvement stores I shopped. Great company. Will definitely use on our next rehab. Will post photos when the granite top is installed.
He put the cabinets together with a bead of construction adhesive on each joint and in each groove and then stapled/pin nailed them as well. and they are rock solid. We were most impressed with the wood dovetail drawers as they went together easy and the glides were smooth. He also used wood glue and pin nailed each dovetail and they were rock solid as well.
Overall we are very happy with the purchase and would not hesitate to order from them again, should we need more cabinets. We highly recommend Buy Wholesale Cabinets. Thanks for all your help, Fiona!
