1. Fast Nationwide Shipping (7-10 Business Days)

We understand that your project has a deadline. That’s why we process orders faster than the competition.

• Lead Time: Most orders leave our warehouse within an estimated 2-3 business days and arrive at your door in an estimated 7-10 business days total.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is loaded on a truck.

2. Curbside Delivery Procedure

To keep shipping costs low, all cabinet orders are shipped via LTL Freight.

• Scheduling: Our nationwide carrier service will give you a call to schedule the last leg of the delivery as the cabinets approach the local terminal in your region. Pro tip: Once you receive a tracking number with the carrier’s information we recommend proactively calling the carrier to schedule a time that best fits your availability.
• Curbside Service: The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway (curbside) with a residential lift-gate delivery service. They cannot bring boxes into your garage or home due to insurance regulations.
• Inspection: Upon item delivery, please review all the boxes immediately and make sure it matches what is on your order and if there is any visible damage, take a picture and give us a call.

3. Replacement Policy

We stand behind our products. If you discover a defect or missing part, we will work with you promptly to fulfill it.

• Time Window: Requests for replacements are valid for 30 days after the order is received. We kindly ask that you submit needs in one request so we can ship all parts promptly.
• Out of Stock: If a cabinet does not arrive on time due to stock issues, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

4. Return Policy and Restocking Fees

Please review your order carefully before paying, as you are responsible for ensuring it matches your requirements. By paying your invoice, you agree to the following terms:

• Time Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• 25% Restocking Fee: Once an order is shipped, delivered, or picked up, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• Condition: Returns are only accepted on unopened RTA cabinets in their original packaging.
• No Refunds on Assembly: We will deny refund requests if the product has been assembled or installed.
• Non-Refundable Items: Accessories, toe kicks, fillers, and moldings are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
